A property you do not live at is the easiest one to let slide, and the most expensive one to let slide. Long grass at a rental gets you a letter from the city, kills a listing in the photos, and tells anyone driving past that nobody is paying attention.
What's included
For landlords
Whether the lawn is the tenant's responsibility on paper rarely matters when the city sends a notice. Keeping it on a schedule removes the argument and the letter, and it is a lot cheaper than the catch-up cut on a lawn that has gone two months.
For properties being sold
The yard is in every listing photo and it is the first thing at a showing. A cut, edged, blown-down property photographs as cared for. A shaggy one raises questions about everything that cannot be seen.
For owners who are not nearby
Plenty of the properties we keep belong to people who live somewhere else. You are welcome to just hear from us when something needs attention, and otherwise not think about it.
Overgrown to start with?
That is fine and it is common. A first cut on a lot that has gone a long time is priced separately from the ongoing schedule, because it is a different job. We will look at it and tell you what it takes.
Free quotes, always. Call or text 563-613-2207 with the address and we will come look at the property rather than guessing from a map.
Questions
Do I need to be there?
No. That is rather the point. We service the property on its day and contact you only if something needs a decision.
Can you take on a lot that is badly overgrown?
Yes. The first cut on a long-neglected lot is quoted separately from the ongoing schedule since it is a heavier job, then it goes onto the normal route.
Do you work with landlords and realtors?
Yes, on both single properties and several at once. If you have a handful of addresses, send them over and we will quote them together.
